DocAir’s definition of a “Green Building” is one that is durable, energy efficient, easy to maintain, healthy, and comfortable. DocAir’s fastest growing business is the design and implementation of “high performance” building techniques featuring ProofPositive™. For new homes, DocAir offers an integrated package of high performance systems including high efficiency heating and cooling; full wall insulation, and active ventilation with HEPA filtration. These systems are custom designs that optimize energy efficiency and minimize utility costs. A high performance home is actually less expensive than standard construction because the slightly higher mortgage payment is more than offset by the reduction in the utility bills.
